West Virginia State and Local Government spending units often need to use master banking contracts procured by the State Treasurer’s Office to process and settle credit card, debit card, or gift card transactions. The Treasurer’s Office also has master agreements for receiving and disbursing monies through AHC, wires, and check payments. Other services available include check supplies, courier services, and change orders. The State Treasurer’s Office maintains a primary banking services contract, as well as additional banking contracts that are available to spending units to meet their banking and processing needs.
