State Spending Units needing to process and settle credit and/or debit charge cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express) and gift cards at Point-of-Sale Terminals or over the Internet, are authorized, and in most cases required, to use contracts in place by the Treasurer's Office. Contracts are also available to aid in PCI compliance efforts. Any questions related to the use of these contracts may be directed to the STO Purchasing Division by email: purchasing@wvsto.com.
